- READING
In our grade we read everyday. We practice our Silent Reading every morning for 15 minutes. We also read a picture story book, view an animated book, read a big book or an article .We are usually reading a serial story as well. We have read Flat Stanley, The Story of Imelda Who was Small and we are now reading The 27th Annual Hippopotamus Race by Maurice Laurrie.
It is very important to read good fit books that are just right to read.
When we read we practise our READING STRATEGIES.It is wonderful to see the students so eager to read. Some even have stacks of books on their desks!!!!!!
Here is some of the work we did after reading!!!

- WE MADE OUR OWN PYTHON FOR BOOKWEEK AFTER READING PYTHON ONE OF THE SHORTLISTED BOOKS.

We drew our own Flat Stanleys.
